Job Description

SNEAKY BIG Studios is seeking a business development executive to identify new sales leads, pitch our services, close and manage new partnerships, manage teammates involved in customer acquisition and maintain fruitful relationships with our existing customers.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

LEAD GENERATION

  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Research the needs of these organizations and learn who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, meetings and industry events
  • Plan and conduct Open Houses to promote commercial production and graphic animations

 SALES

  • Prepare and present client presentations
  • Contact clients to inform them about new technology and services
  • Assists in managing pricing sheets for sales
  • Assist in developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person
  • Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met
  • Train, develop, and manage sales personnel
  • Other duties as assigned related to sales and in general

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Ten plus years of business development and sales experience in TV and/or film industry with strong ties and relationships with Advertising Agencies, Agency Creatives, Agency Producers and Directors
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the TV production and animation industry and current events
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight trips likely
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • High aptitude of coaching for performance and leading by example; minimum of five years of management experience
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation, pitching and marketing skills
  • Highly effective negotiating skills
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively and to tight deadlines
  • Good listener and a positive force for all team members
  • Self-motivation to grow core competencies; resourceful
  • Strong technical skills, including CRM software utilization and MS Office
